Summer 2025

The summer of 2025 marked the beginning of NextGen Golf Academy, and it exceeded everything we hoped it could be. What started as an idea to make golf more accessible quickly became a community where twelve children, ages 7–12, came together to learn, grow, and have fun.

Throughout the week, students learned the fundamentals of golf while building friendships, confidence, patience, and respect. Each day included golf instruction, games, mentorship, and a shared meal, creating an environment where every child felt welcomed and supported.

One of the most rewarding parts of our first season was watching the students grow beyond the golf course. Children who arrived shy became more outgoing, hesitant golfers embraced new challenges, and friendships formed that extended beyond camp!

Our first season laid the foundation for what NextGen Golf Academy strives to become: a place where every child has the opportunity to learn, belong, and discover what they are capable of. We are excited to continue growing the program and expanding its impact throughout the Roaring Fork Valley for many summers to come!
