Leadership Lab

At the core of our work, NextGen aims to not only inspire a new generation of golfers, but also critical, self-aware thinkers and community members. We want our students to embrace their emotions and discover techniques that help them process and regulate their feelings. Inspired by the research of academics such as Marc Brackett, Brené Brown, and Mel Robbins, the Learning Lab is an emotionally-intelligent approach to teaching sports, collaboration, and real world skills to help build up our students. We equip them with the tools necessary to succeed on the course, at school, in their homes, and beyond.
